If you deal a lot with text, you might have to deal with changing text case now and then. From ALL CAPS to sentence case, from lowercase to Title Case, and so on. With iOS Shortcuts this is super easy to do automatically.
I have made a shortcut you can import and use. Just copy a text snippet, run the shortcut and choose what case option you want the output to be. The result is copied back to the clipboard for you to paste anywhere you like. You can run the shortcut as a widget, from the share sheet, with Siri (the phrase is “change text case”), from Spotlight (works great with external keyboard) or within Shortcuts. The case options you have are:
- Capitalise Every Word
- Capitalise with Title Case
- Capitalise with sentence case
- cApItAlIsE wItH aLtErNaTiNg CaSe
