An advantage of the iOS eco system
If you forget your iPad at home, you can still work on your iPhone or Mac. Everything is there thanks to iCloud. 😀 I won't pretend iCloud has always worked as well as it does now, but it mostly “just works” these days.

I am always pulling up my documents on my phone when I'm busy out and about! It is such a nifty feature, although it is annoying when I receive a call and all my phone, iPad and MacBook Air go off at once haha.

That's a setting. 😀 You can disable ringing on iPad and Mac if you like.
