Create animated gifs in iOS with a simple workflow

Image 1. Click to open in original size.

I recently wrote about Workflow, an app for automating tasks in iOS. If you are one of those who like to post animated gifs, I have a very simple but useful workflow to share with you.

When run, it will let you choose images from your photo library and ask how long you want each to be shown. With that it creates an animated gif and opens the share sheet so you can do whatever you like with it.

If you have installed Workflow all you have to do is follow the link below to import the workflow. The workflow can be run from the Today view if you have enabled that.

I hope your iPad is faster than my computer. I don't have broadband ( right word ?) so it is slow here.

#9 Nice.
At iFokus there was a long time, we only could show animated gifs with a click and then see them animated. Then it changed so they was showed this way again. I know That I wanted the other way back and wrote about it on either *SUPPORT* or iFokusIFokus. I don't like it when there is to much moving on the screen.

They are fun to make but not always fun to see moving.

That's the reason we stopped them. :-)
